SHIPPING
All items are shipped USPS PRIORITY Mail. Orders include delivery confirmation and a tracking number to the email address you provide.
We am committed to processing designs as quickly as possible while maintaining quality control of pieces.
Due to the fact that many items are made to order, if for any reason there is a delay in processing and/or shipping, the customer will be notified.
RETURNS
Shipping and handling costs are not included in a return unless the returned item(s) are damaged upon arrival; in which case, we will need to be contacted immediately prior to returning. A refund of the item will not be issued until the item is received by CLJ. It is the buyers responsibility for costs of returned postage.
You are able to return an item up to five (5) days of receiving an item, however we do not accept returns that are broken or damaged due to carelessness. Item(s) must be unworn upon return in order to receive a refund.
We cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you would like to add a 'signature required' upon receiving your package, please contact CLJ directly and we will add it for an additional fee.
CUSTOM CREATIONS
All custom creation orders are final sale. CLJ works closely with you prior to making the piece to ensure you are satisfied with your request. These items are handmade just for you and are unable to be returned.
